Sima graduated from a famous French school Ecole Gastronomique Bellouet Conseil majoring in Confectionary Art.
She has worked numerous times in Paris for such famous chefs as Arnaud Larher (MOF 2007), Christophe Adam, Jean – Francois Rouquette Chef etoile. While in Christophe Adam’s team she was opening an Éclair de Genie pastry in Tbilisi, Georgia.
During her five-year pastry career, Sima has been consistently teaching confectionary art courses. As of today, Sima Fomina is the pastry chef of Hyatt Regency 5* Kyiv.
