Andrey received a degree in masters of Science in physics by graduating from the Odessa I. I. Mechnikov National University, but later became a chef. Andrey got a diploma from the Institut Paul Bocuse, underwent training in Riccardo Lucca and Aram Mnatsakanov’s restaurants. Andrey Velichko’s experience is impressive; he works in Steakhouse. Meat and Wine restaurant, Tavernetta, Dacha, Kompot café, and Ryba v Ogne (Fish in Fire), he made his way from an assistant chef to brand chef.
