ALEKSANDR TROFIMENKOV

He is a graduate of the French pastry school ENSP, and at the moment is a pastry chef and teacher of pastry courses at Kyiv International Culinary Academy.
Alexandr got a diploma from Higher National Pastry School in France (ENSP) led by Yves Thuries and Alain Ducasse. Trofimenkov also has work experience in Eugene Patisserie in Paris that specializes in desserts with low fat and sugar.
