Aleksandr Trofimenkov

Alexandr got a diploma from Higher National Pastry School in France (ENSP) led by Yves Thuries and Alain Ducasse. For the last year Alexandr led the first and second level of the pastry course in the culinary academy of Hector Jimenez-Bravo, helped various places to select and position equipment, plan a dessert menu, and in staff training. Trofimenkov also has work experience in Eugene Patisserie in Paris that specializes in desserts with low fat and sugar.
