Yury Kovrizhenko

Chef of Vintage Nouveau Restaurant (Lviv).Yury has been in restaurant business since the age of seventeen and has made his career from a waiter to the restaurant manager. He has studied at the best European culinary schools, including Le Cordon Bleu (Paris), Basque CulinaryCenter (San Sebastian) and IFSE (Piemonte, Torino). He was a chef of the official restaurant of the Ukrainian embassy in Georgia for two years. In 2017, he was awarded the Global Chef Awards in Singapore.
